Applicable only for drives sold by SES India till April’07 and from June ’09 onwards. For HDDs / Keyboard / Mouse sold in the period June’07 to Aug ’09, the concerned distributor/retailer to be contacted.
 
Please enter the P/N or S/N as applicable in the box below.
   
Product Number - SES Technologies All Customers having particular Series drives (for eg.) should put the P/N (Product Number) printed on top sticker of the drive.
Serial Number - SES Technologies For all other Series of particular drives (for eg. etc.) should put the S/N (serial number) printed on top sticker of the drive.
